Kreeda offers returns only under specific conditions due to the nature of children’s DIY products.

Returns Accepted For

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Defective product

• Damaged product on arrival

• Wrong item received

Return Request Window

Return requests must be placed within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

• Images/video of the product

• Order ID & registered phone/email

Return Approval

If approved:

• Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days

• Replacement will be delivered within 4–7 business days

No returns are accepted for:

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items used/opened

• DIY kits with missing parts after opening due to user handling
